Hertz is a Algorithm Based Asset (ABA) which is pegged against the USD and modified to predictably oscillate the price feed using a sine wave alrogithm which produces phases of price feed appreciation and depreciation over time.
The sine wave algorithm is configured with an amplitude of 14%, and a period of 28 days, resulting in a predictable oscillation between $0.86 and $1.14.
